    It looks good but work on lower back more and can't really see the lats much. Middle back is looking good as well with the traps.

    yea just keep hitting deadlifts and rows, looks good so far.

    I'd say your looking pretty good, although I'd do a lat spread so we could get a better view. Overall your pretty alright in lat region, although like the other said, a little more rows and deadlifts would help.

    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 248 lbs
    Bodyfat: <30%

    Down 22 lbs so far from 270 lbs.

    Supplements: Whey Protein, fish oils, gingko biloba, multivitamins.
