    anyone here get to workout with charles, hes looks like a top notch trainer. about how much does he charge an hour?

    CHARLES Glass is probably the best known trinaer of today. Hes traind or alt lest worked with every top pro there is. At this point in his carear i would say he can pick and choose who he wants to train. I dont know if hes exclusivly for top ranked amatures and pros but i doubut he trains any jpe off the street.

    Do a yahoo search, good luck trying to get him but i doubt youll get your hands on him.
