    I guess I will be the first. I will get all my stats up later.

    I was trying out the TKD but decided to go with the CKD because I didn't like taking in the carbs everyday. I just didn't feel like I was staying in ketosis on the TKD.

    Anyway, I gotta run but I will get a full story, pics and stats up later.

    I've got a quick question before I go to bed.

    Since I just started CKD (I was doing TKD) yesterday, would it be ok to just go through until next weekend before carbing up? I don't feel I have been in full ketosis very long and going out of it so soon seems to be waste to me.

    yea like i started ckd and went 2 weeks before i carbed up

    (i carbed up last saturday)

    and right now i feel as if i dont "NEED" to carb up this weekend so i will wait untill next weekend to do so, my energy is good right now so its all good!

    Nice start to the log! Some people love TKD, but I personally cannot get into a groove on it. Ideally with my training style (endurance based) I SHOULD do a TKD, but CKD loves me too much.

    I am so pissed. Saturday evening I got really light headed. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest. My wife finally took me to the hospital and when I got there my blood pressure was 187/110. I am now taking blood pressure medicine and I have to start eating differently. I told the doctor I was doing a ketogenic diet and he highly recommend that I get off of it. Not what I wanted to hear. This really sucks. I have so much trouble losing weight on a 40/40/20. I hope I get this blood pressure under control and then can get back on with keto. Anyway, I though I would let you all know instead of just leaving without saying anything. Thanks for all the help with everything.

    He didn't say that the diet was directly affecting my BP but he was concerned about me eating such high fat with high BP. High BP and heart disease runs in my family.
