Well, basically i would like to know what kind of exercise will get me have a round isolated chest. Especially, lower chest area and side near armpit. (_._) lol. My routine included, incline, dip, bench press and cable cross. I do have chest but its not cut in the side....and i am trying very hard to get it ripped..but i dont know how to..Thank you in advance.

I don't think you can cut it up with an exercise. You need to lower your BF%. Think about it. The reason you don't see the "pure " pec is because there's fat on top of it. Lose the fat through diet and cardio and just the pec will show. Then heavy chest work will make the pec grow. But if you don't lose the fat, it'll always be there on top, looking like ****

If you guys hate cardio soo much, I got an idea for yas.
During cutting phases, you could Tri-set everything. It will keep you moving, and your heart rate up. Stick to 3x12 for most, you more exp. guys do what you prefer. Do 3 or 4 Tri-sets, not only will it be a good cardio work out, but also, you'll cut your time in the gym down big time.
Just a thought.
