For Right now...
Check out SAN product
Fatburners Tight comboed with T3 wil be the most effective fat burners out there. Look at the formulaes and concentrations and you should see as to why they are the best. Don't necessarily be fooled with ad's and propeganda put out there. Also, don't think that fatburning and energy levels corrilate through product. Everyone got spoiled by the ephedra based product and the associated adreniline rush. This combo though you'll still feel with the Yohimbe. As for stacker... Lots of caffeine, thats about it. Save your money for the better product and better food choices

Cycle 4-weeks on 1-week off
During my off week, I rely on my wife and workout partner to help me keep my diet in check. I have lost 18 pounds while increasing mass and strength (2 months). Hopefully, my next cycle will be my last.
San Tight is moderately priced, Vasapro is reasonable. Usually you can get 48 tablets of the latter for under $8.00 if you price around. Bodybuilding.com is very reasonable.
For your goals, I would think SAN Tight would be sufficient. If you want to get aggressive with the fat - simply add Ephedrine as tolerated.

I am sure it is. I am using the ephedrine, asprine, and caffine stack.
They are all in them selves a fat burner but when stacked they are great.
I can still buy ephedrine but ephedra you can't buy anymore nor get the products that have ephedra in them. Odd you can't buy ephedra but can still get the chemical form of it! ( ephedrine)
Ok, Just did some research. Ma-hung, ephedra same thing according to one site.
8 hours sleep in 2 days! Need to research befor I stick foot in mouth!Last edited by hefty_smurf44; 02-27-2005 at 04:01 PM.

Help Meeeee Pleaaaaaaaase!!
Hi everyone!!
I've been reading posts for hours trying to find what sounds like the right 'cocktail' for me to lose my massive assive!
I am a 35 yr. old female, new to this forum and dieting. I had always been in great shape, up until two yrs. ago. I took some medication which resulted in a 40 lb. weight gain in 4 months.
I had an awesome figure until then.
I'm a big girl anyway.... 5"10, hour-glass figure, currently 227 lbs. I had gotten up to 256. I found out I have a thyroid prob., and have lost 30 lbs since. (normally hover around 180-200, and look athletic-y)
I am currently taking phentermine 37.5 mg, starving myself, and just started taking laxatives. I very rarely eat at all, and am kinda at a stand still with the weight loss. I have a really hard time with any weight bearing excercises as my joints ache from the thyroid problems (and excessive weight)
I absolutely HATE ephedra. I can't stand to feel jittery.
so... can anyone help me with knowing what I can take that will drop the weight in a HURRY. ( I am getting married in July and would like to weigh about 170) I can walk a million miles.. but thats about it for cardio.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help if you have any similiar stories or circumstances.
Thx so much!

hydroxycut
I've been taking hydroxycut for about 3 weeks and seen no real results. I guess this product does suck just like everyone else is saying. It does give me great energy though during my workout! I am also taking CLA. If I switch over to Lipo 6, will I still get the energy boost that I got from hydroxycut? Will it be safe to take Lipo 6 and CLA for fatloss and thermoburst for energy?

There's more to fat loss than just a supplement...how's your diet?

Wow..the biggest problem you have right now is starving yourself and taking laxatives. Right now your body thinks it's in a time of famine. It's storing every single Calorie you feed it as fat. Your metabolism is at a stand still that's why you aren't losing anymore weight. No supplement will help you lose weight while you are eating like this. Basically you MUST eat at least 6 meals a day (albeit small)...they should all have protein in them and should follow a basic 40/30/30 diet regimine. Once your diet is in check the fat will shed off.
Make sure you are burning Cals than you are taking in..but not too much as if you are losing weight too fast it's most likely muscle. One final thought that you may not want to hear is that you should forget about supplements until you are stuck at a certain weight for a period of time, and your diet doesn't seem to be enough then and only then should fat burning supplements be used in your case. Good luck and don't give up.
