its way over priced for the ingredients. And in my opinion, backed up by the research, is that guggulsterones are worthless. Not to mention the fact that they raise LDL cholesterol.
I am not an expert of 7-keto but the research seems to indicate that 50mg a day is not going to do much. I really like the packaging, so if you want a pretty container its the way to go

The relationship is simple, ephedra is a plant. Ephedrine is one, of 6, alkaloids that are present in ephedra. Ephedra extract, usually 8%, is typically 60 percent psuedoephedrine and 30 percent ephedrine with the remaining ten percent being the other alkaloids. There are studies showing that psuedoepehdrine and ephedrine when combined do cause a much greater incidence of heart issue including arrythmias

Other than ECA?
Hi guys,
To get over a plateau I was stuck at for 4 weeks I tried Tight! (apart from upping my excercise and tweaking my diet) and it worked great. I took one pill a day for a week.
The problem was that it was too strong for me (I'm 5'6", 140lbs and get jittery after even a mild cup of coffee).
Can anyone suggest a thermogenic that does not use caffeine (preferred) and is still effective, or at least each pill has smaller doses so I could try less. I just want something more moderate to take for a week at a time when I hit a plateau, vs. taking it regularly.
If anyone had this sensitivity to one supplement and then switched to another with success, I'd like to hear their recommendations.

I want to get cut
I am 20 years old and about 5' 10" and weight 174 lbs. I have been working out for a few years, but just recently really started to working out regularly (4-5 times a week with cardio) and I am trying to get cut. I am drinking tons of water and eating healthy, but I would like to also take a supplement to help me get cut and I was wondering what y'all would reccomend me taking? Also, I have heard good things about Thermonex, anyone have any stories or bad things about this product. Please post and let me know. Thanks.

Lipo 6
OF all the ephedra free fat burners, I've found Lipo 6 to be the most consistent. In fact pretty much anything from Nutrex Research is worth a try.
