You cannot look at labels and trust them to report the amount of trans fat in a product. Some of them have it listed, some do not. The ones that list it, do so to brag that the have ZERO trans fat. Potato chips are a good example, they naturally contain NO trans fat, so they put in on their labels. Oreo cookies on the other hand are high in trans fat, so they do not put it on the labels.
Now that being said, a quick search shows peanut butter is fairly low when it comes to trans fat, check the following website:

I agree with Stannian, while regular peanut butter may not be that bad, my problem with it is all the added chemicals and crap they put in it. The natural peanut butter I buy has ONE ingredient and that is roasted peanuts. I just feel its better for me.

Dilly, I agree that regular PB is crap, but it has NO trans fats. Its all the extra additives thats crap. There are two links posted above that show PB is extremely low to no trans fats.

Don't where you guys are all from but around where I live in canada all the PB brands have listed in their ingedients " hydrogenated vegetable oil", these are TRANS fats. The manufacturer does not have to list the amount of trans fats on the label.
Compare that to natty PB which has only healthy fats and a much lower carb content you have no argument!" Never eat more then you can lift" - Miss piggy

Dilly, did you even read the links? It has very low trans fats! I think natural is way better, but your claim is incorrect. Read the research.

i'm sorry i am usually a nice guy and i put up with alot of things but this is pissing me off
its morons like you that go around yelling off mis information that causes so many problems, GO LOOK AT THE STUDIES!!! when transfats have to be labelled they can legally say 0g's transfats due to the levels bing so ungodly low
you lost get over it, go back to "it tastes better" arguemnet cuz thats all you got, health wise they are virtually identical, or i guess you can say like someone else did "natty is only penuts, and the fake has artifical stuff in it" THATS A GREAT ARGUEMENT!!! backed with all sorts of scientific data ::thumbs down::
in fact my psyco mom only eats the "natty" stuff and it has 200 calories per serving and my jif has 190 per serving....both serving sizes are 2 tsps....oh but the calories from the natty don't matter cuz they are NATURAL right?
why am i even bothering to waste my effort aruging with you? you have no idea what the difference between a cis and trans isomer is, hell you probebly don't even know what isomer means..... i'm sorry i bothered to type this out.....yes, yes your right, NATTY IS much better for YOU!!!!, you should only eat NATTY penut butter.....all i know is i better not see a post "why can' I see my abs" from you since you already know everything about nutrition
