    chocolate milk good for bulking

    Would chocolate milk be good for bulking or does it have to much sugar and crap in it? It seem to have lots of protein and carbs
    (Funniest post ever )- Arnold was more bodybuilder preferably my, since I the first time saw its physics. I am said into capably such a spectacular physics to acquire, must use itself anabol for at least 8 weeks in preparation on a ceremony

    if you like to drink it, then take advantage of it. Chocolate isnt that bad, it will actually help you.

    Just drink it taking in consideration how many calories of it you are consuming.

    yeah, theres too much sugar in chocolate. white milk is good though, especially before bed because of the slow digesting casein protein.

    I suggest you slowly switch to skim milk. I went from having 2% all the time to skim. Now, 2% tastes nasty and thick to me!.

    Dude, unless you easily gain fat you shouldn't worry too much about drinking chocolate milk. The reason many ectomorphic guys don't gain as much as they could during their bulk is because they're too scared to eat like they're supposed to.

    I wouldn't think one every couple days would be that bad. I agree that chocolate ON whey is pretty good too BTW. The only thing is that it is pretty good in milk, but it's absoultely disgusting in water. My old EAS vanilla whey was nasty but it was better in water than the ON chocolate. I think it's just where chocolate and water don't really mix well lol.
