Hi guys!!!! In a couple of weeks I'll start my cutting phase. I'll be doing cardio right after I work out. My question is should I have sth. between the workout and the cardio?. Im thinking that by the time I have my postworkout shake a long time will have passed by. Any tips or suggestions will be appreciate it.
