    What could I have?

    Hi guys!!!! In a couple of weeks I'll start my cutting phase. I'll be doing cardio right after I work out. My question is should I have sth. between the workout and the cardio?. Im thinking that by the time I have my postworkout shake a long time will have passed by. Any tips or suggestions will be appreciate it.

    why not run in the morning on an empty stomach, isn't that when you burn the most fat since you don't have that many carbs in you. On my cutting phase, i always run right after i wake up and drink two glasses of water, and workout aorund midday.

    hey antonio,

    I have been asking myself the samer question. I read somewhere that it was better to workout and do cardio separately. So now I'm trying to do some cardio in the morning on a empty stomach or on a separate day when I don't work out.
    Curious to know though what the other answers will be

    I prefer to do the cardio after the workout. I woud have a hard time waking up at 5 in the morning to go for a jog. I usually need to sleep longer.

    The only answer I have gotten so far via pm is that I should have 5-10 grms of glutamine or some BCAA'S.

    I'll keep waiting for more answers.
