hey guys....im trying to cut and hear many differen things.....ive heard it all about hight reps - low weight....then i heard it sould be low reps - high weight but adjust your cardio and diet....can anyone help..

its probably more preference than which is actually better, but I personally think that the lower reps and heavier weight help maintain more strength and size. It is important to adjust diet and cardio as well.
