Does this look like a good routine

Does this look good, I'm just trying to lose weight right now, and maybe build some strength.

    monday:Legs
    Tuesday:Chest, Shoulders
    Wendesday:Heavy Cardio
    Thurseday:biceps , Triceps
    Friday: Back, trabs, Abs
    Saturday: Cardio
    Sunday off

I'd be doing 4-5 cardio sessions a week

On a side note (I read that BFL book and wouldn't that be overtraining, training two days upper and a day lower?)

Be careful of doing cardio so close to your leg workout. I know I am personally still pretty sore the second day after legs.

    hey it looks real good!

but, maybe u could look at it this way:
if ur going to bother with the wts anyways then train to build mass and strength. let the diet and cardio shed the fat. more muscle = higher metabolism.

    wts build muscle/maintain muscle.
diet and cardio help u lose the fat.

I think your workout looks pretty good. Too much frequency for my liking, but good none the less. A few tips

Keep cardio to under 45 minutes and at low intensity. This will insure that you burn fat and retain muscle.

Train your neck!!! How come everyone neglects training the neck? http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/bigneck.htm Read that for some pointers and neck programs.

Lastly, BFL is a joke. Its aimed at over weight unactive people who have never touched a weight in their life.
