    Deadlift mixed grip and shoulder problems?

    So I started off with problems with my right shoulder caused by a nasty shoulder press. Through a lot of stretching, rest, and some rotator cuff excersises, it seems to be just about back to normal.

    But now, my left shoulder is screwed up. I'm not really sure what caused this..i haven't been doing any upper body work....the only thing i can think of is deadlifts.

    I was using a mixed grip...left hand underhand right hand overhand grip. I'm thinking this might have caused problems for my left shoulder. When my right shoulder was messed up, it was a tight kind of feeling and stretching it helped a lot. But with this on my left, its a loose kind of feeling and doing stretches(like this one http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/tricepsfront.jpg) causes pain. The rotator cuff excersises which helped my right shoulder don't seem to help either. Anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions? Thanks.
