i would like to build up the area between my nipples. what are some good excercises for this. outside of the nipple the size is good. i just want to close it in for all around good look.
Why don't you just concentrate on exercises that will make your whole chest bigger, ie dips, bench, dumbell bench etc rather than worry about mid verticles, mid horizontal, external uppers and all that other hogwash. Trying to isolate too early gets you nowhere in this sport.
Yes, good points Telly. Im doin al power training now with heavy sets of squats(the best as always) an deadlifts. Also benchs and shoulder presses but i was never big on bench presses. Incline Baby!
