looks like you've got some descent mass and good abs, but it is hard to tell from those pics. How about some front pics and leg pics

u should do a search on "posing" ...if yor poses are better, it makes it alot easier for everyone else to critique yor physique

If that camera is on a surface and using the self-timer in the top pictures, just turn it vertically and move back from it to get a more full length clearer picture so people can critique you better.Originally posted by f4idan
