Hi everyone....just a quick question...
Does anyone know if ricotta cheese acts the same as cottage cheese in the way that cottage cheese is a slow-release protein. A PT client of mine was wondering if she could replace her bedtime cottage cheese meal with a low fat ricotta instead and still get the same slow burning effects?? I have no idea so i thought i would bring the question to you guys!! Thanks for the imput!

So does that mean that it is slow release protein like cottage cheese??
(sorry I don't understand the difference!)

You might want to double check the sodium content as well, as some can be quite high.
List of Things to Do.....
1.Stop sucking it in and just suck it up and do it.
2....

Being Italian, this thread got my attention.
I look up Ricotta at the US site
http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=7783
1 cup Ricotta has 256 mg sodium. Is that a lot?At my house, we listen to both kinds of music: Led and Zeppelin!
