This is a serious thread....Don't laugh or make fun please! Since I started working out, I have these small white pimples at the base of my penis and around my balls... I heard they could be sweat glands or something...Can anyone please let me know what they are and how i could get rid of them.....ONly serious responses please...thanks a lot!

Could be that the area isn't getting clean enough during showers. If you are working out then you sweat and that is an area that guys seat around a lot. Try NOXEMA cream for a few days. It should ah "cool ya down" if you know what I mean!

dude i have the same exact thing... some of them have hairs grownin out, even if it is normal i dont think a girl is gonna like that, i have heard theyre sweat glands but they still look ****ed up. You cant pop them either

i cant stand them, it does look i am gettin more too. I dont know about the peroxide, u sure about that? if anyone has them TRUST ME dont try to pop them they get infected and sore a hell. has anyone had them and then seen them go away? by the way rob i am almost 16

I have it too, I have had them for a long time I think since i started growing pubic hair till now, i'm 20, but they are much smaller now. I would't worry about it, it's normal

try rubbing some flexall 454 all over your dick and balls. After you do that I dont believe you will ever be worried about your dick acne again. I have never had this problem but I do know this to be a good remedy for anything like that.
