The Title mainly says it all but on my profile (since I don't have 50 posts currently) I have an "After" picture, with no before.
This picture is similar to my profile picture but gives you a better look at my stomach as of Febuary 28th, 2012.
I'm wondering if it's a matter of Stomach fat to lose or working Abs more?
I do both but I'm asking for an emphasis on one or the other?
EDIT: It's pretty rare that I ever get a reply on here so if you guys can find the time to help me out that'd be really appreciated.

Ab's are found in the kitchen not in the gym.
Working your core muscles can make them "pop" more but it won't make them visible unless you reach a lower BF %. So for now continue to cut weight while also including your normal Ab routine. Core strength (even if it doesn't show) is still a phenomenal asset in athletics and weight lifting, so never stop working your core.Always Pick 1 Crew

Hmm, I think you may be a tad leaner.
I'm currently 5ft 8in and about 168 pounds (down from 240 in May of 2011)
I can flex my abs but unless there is a good amount of outside light hitting my core, they are only somewhat visible (mostly top two)
Thanks for the advice guys, I currently am eating very well, so it's only a matter of time. Hopefully by May I should have the summer body.
Any tips on "manipulating" (lack of better word) the body into losing that last slab of fat?
I only ask this because I heard it gets substantially harder once your body hits 10% and below. (I may be wrong?)
I'm currently 12%BF (Most of the bulk/fat is in my legs when I got the caliper test)

It does become progressively more difficult to lose body fat as your percentage closes in on the single digits. That doesn't mean it is impossible. Your consistency will pay dividends in the end. You could try incorporating sprints 2-3 times per week as a booster. Keep your diet in check and lift heavy man. Your hard work will soon pay off!

You lost 70lbs and got to 12% BF from May of last year? Tap yourself on the back.
I also have this same problem as you. I'm 5ft11 and 155lbs but I haven't had my BF% measured yet. I still have this little bulge (lower stomach region), so I hope to get rid of it soon. Eating well so should be only a matter of time now
