I had shoulder surgery back in feb and today my doctor said i could start curling and tricep exercises again but i have to wait until june until i can start working on my shoulders. My old workout routine was a bench workout one day followed by a curling workout and then a day of rest.
I was wondering how i should work out my work out schedule.
