Well I packed on more weight then normal over the winter and now I have a trip to Mexico set for the begining of May.
All I am doing right now is 3 days a week, 30-40 minutes of weights. I usually to 6-8 reps and 3 sets. After I am done I do 15 mins of HIIT.
I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on what I should try to lose as much body fat as possible in 3 weeks. Its not a big deal if I can only lose a pound or two as I am not over weight. I am probably 19-22% BF.
Eating clean is the next struggle I have to look at.

Well, 5-10 pounds isn't that bad in 3 weeks. Let's break that down in calories:
17,500 - 35,000 calories burnt. That's what you'll need to lose from 5-10 pounds. Now this isn't as bad as it looks. What's your workout look like now currently? I want it fully detailed. What you do on each day. Include cardio everything and I'll reshape it a bit or totally for you. Since you only have 3 weeks, I'll reshape according to the Hierarchy of Fat loss article on T-nation.

How much do you weigh now? I just lost about 16 pounds in 3 weeks, granted I started at about 295. Cleaning up the diet is a HUGE part of it. Not only does it help, you'll feel so much better, and be much more motivated to workout.
