ok, i have been on a diet for 3 days now and this is my first journal entry. I really need the motivation and some encouragement at the moment to stay focused on my goals.
well i guess i will be posting everything i eat and all the exercises throughout the day, every night.
tell me if you guys have any comments on what i should or should not be doing. i am 5'8, 162lbs and i have a fair bit of body fat on me. I am trying to loose the fat yet also gain muscle, i lift weights every alternate day and do hiit every other alternate day. well here is what i did today :
HIIT (23 minutes on stationary bike)
Post meal (30g Protein shake w/ water)
Breakfast
2 egg whites, oatmeal and skim milk
meal 3
tuna sandwich and veggies
meal 4
tuna, rice and veggies
meal 5
30g protein shake and peanut butter sandwich
meal 6
1 chicken breast with veggies
well that was today
tommorrow is another day and i will be lifting weights.

Currently weigh 225lbs - aim to weigh 200lbs in 3 months and much more stronger
