i liked it, i felt ready and kicking again in 2 hours

i do enjoy CMI products not talked about to much on these boards

i have only used like three packs here and there after some intense workouts

I just received my free sample and I will probably use it later this week, but I used the CMI NO3 sample 2 times and that stuff was great. I don't expect anything less than great for this sample as well.

the NO3 samples were great and my buddy got the pink lemonade and loved it so he got the full thing and it didnt taste the same. CMI makes some good supps thought. Just dont get alot of play

post with my protein shake it was the cherry flavored i threw it in with my choclate shake and it taste reallly weird. Would prolly just take it straight up before bed or right after work out next time.

haha yea i can see why it would taste wierd with a choc shake...def seems like a stand alone product...

could be decent with a vanilla mabye/
