Day off-Cardio only 45 mins on bike -level 7. Cuts coming in day by day. Several people at the gym say I'm right on target, and most are saying I look bigger too!

Rippin it up.- cuts are coming in-finally! Especially the legs-which hadn't been a strong point. Thigh grooves deeper and my calves are bigger-over 18 cold,, harder and more vascular, better outer sweep on thighs too. Abs still watery as hell, but there's time yet. Arms are 19 cold, will see if I can pump past last workouts 20 1/4 pump. Getting psyched to go to war with the weights in a while!

Today was probably the best overall prep day for this show, and one of my best ever- intense workout loaded with PRs, solid cardio, then did posing practice holding each mandatory and 'relaxed' pose for 30 secs- NO shakiness! So I think you may be right. If I can keep burnin for 2 more weeks... . Feeling it big time. Tanning and shaving later. Urrgh. Lol

Tanning went well-lol. I still have the energy to lay down for 20 mins, but that's about it. Starting to look tan, hard, and cut*intercostals coming in* -and exhausted. Yesterdays workout was great, but really took it out of me. Cardio in a while in between clients;

Cardio and tanning day today. Treadmill 22 mins 3.6 mph 2.6 incline 1.75 miles 208 cals. Recumbent bike 47 min 12.9 miles level 10 412 cals. Weigt before 233 weight after 228. - lost 5 lbs of water - temporarily anyway.
