thankyou very much guys, i just got it today and im really anxious to use it tomorrow, but at the same time i have a protein shake that already has 6 grams of creatine im wondeering if 9 grams a day is too much, i dont mind as long as it doesnt mess me up
but i know CEE > monohydrate
ive never experienced a skin tearing pump, can't wait

i get good pumps not taking anything pre workout, i dont see how everyone is becoming so dependent on a supplement for good pumps. Drink some black coffee, eat a banana and lift hard.

Green Bulge is a great product, I wouldn't go as far as to say you will have, as y ou stated, a "skin-tearing pump", however it is a very effective product none-the-less.

Solid food meal 60-90min pre... if I'm on the road, sometimes I just have some granola bars + Milk... it depends. If / when my pre-workout nutrition isn't on point (schedule from HELL), I will put even more emphasis on THAT post-workout meal... it doesn't make up for it, but I try my best.Originally Posted by Zach53

This is my 8th day on Green Bulge/White blood stack.
I heard so many good things about it I decided to give it a try.
I'm also stacking the two with Size-On. So far I'm having great pumps and great workouts with the stack.

Ive done both a GB/WB stack and GB as a standalone and personlly I like GB better with the WB stack. But you cant go wrong either way, keep us updated on ur progress bro.
