Does muscle milk have its place in the daily diet of anyone?
If yes, what? Pre,post-workout, MRP, pre-bed, etc?
If no, why not and what would be a good replacement?

i take it when i wake up, an hour and a half before i work out, and right before i go to sleep. muslce milk is the best protein i have ever had, it is so delicious that i actually look forward to drinking it, something that can't be said with most protein drinks. you should definitly give it a shot man.
