like on chains i pick a lift (benching or squatting) and (on normal heavy days) do 1-2sets worth for it, then that's it for chans until next weekBooo

i do em all the the time.. sumtimes i do forced or rest pause..
but drop sets are my favorite
dorian yates is the master of drop sets and i have to agree with him.. it works well.. well for me at least

I do agree that drop sets should not be over used...I usually include drops sets on one exersize per workout..and vary which exersize I use it on.
