I'm 41 yrs old and have been lifting on and off since I was 12. Although, the last couple of years Ive been hitting it as hard as I can. My problem is that I have been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitus(IBD-inflammatory bowel disease)2 years ago. This has little effect on my lifting but limits the use of any supplement that is hard on the stomach. I take in food, protein and creatine with no problem. But some of the PH's can be hard on the stomach, or so Iv'e read.
Can someone recommend a PH transdermal? Trenabol x maybe?
Any other recommendations are welcome.
Im 5'9", 200 lbs, 17%bf, 16 1/2 arms, bench 315 twice in workout on heavy days.

Are you bulking or cutting? If I were to recommend a transdermal to a first time user that could be applied to either a bulking or cutting phase, I'd probably go with Legal Gear's Hydroxytest. It is a combination of 1-test, 4-AD, and OHT (which in theory will help reduce some of the side effects and add to the lean gains). Make sure you know of the possible side effects before using any PH and always have ancillaries and PCT on hand before taking dose number one. Good luck.

Thanks for the quick responses. Im bulking now. I gain weight relatively easy during the winter months. But, in the summer, I lose 10+ lbs due to my increased work loads.
Due you recommend using creatine while using PH's or reserving the creatine for Post cycle?
thanks again

A 1-test/4AD stack is your best option.

It looks like I will be using LG Hydroxytest. I plan on a 6 week cycle using 4 doses a day. From what I've read that seems like a moderate cycle. My work is very slow this time of year so I have plenty of time to lift, eat and rest.
Can I get a recommendation for PCT? Nolva seems to be the pct of choice. 6-0XO is out of stock currently. Anyone have a source for Nolva?
I take multi's, zinc and flax seed daily. The zinc and flax seed are actually supplements for my IBD.
Any other suggestions, or comments are welcome. I have been reading the boards and FAQ's. There is a whole lot of info here.
Thanks again. There is no substitute for experience.
