I've been lifting for about 2 years now... I put on about 30-40lbs of mass for football...I lifted for stregnth and speed and I've had alot of success but never have been really lean... so now before I go off for summer football camp I want to go in as lean and in shape as possible to help my performance...
Note: I am fairly new to powercleans, so I am just working on my form as of this point... also, I didnt go very very heavy on anything since I'm trying to become more explosive with my lifts I did them more dynamically I will start adding more reps when my energy levels catch up with my body
Power Clean- 135x3 165x3 165x3 175x3
Jammer- 225x3 225x3 235x3 245x3
Box Squat- 225x3 295x3 345x3
Deadlift- 225x3 315x3 370x3
Lying Leg Extension- 120x8, 95x8, 70x8, 45x8 each leg
as far as my diet
Calories- 1455 Carbs- 117 Fats- 40 Protein- 204
and I still have a protein shake and some peanut butter waffles to knock down for my last meal
