can anyone give me details on The routine for Operation Morpheus style lifting? I'm looking for what the spacing is for each workout(I.e. chest Press on Monday, Lat pull down following Thursday, Leg Press following Monday, etc). Details on the warmup, flush set, etc would also be great.
