Who do you think knows the most about fitness in the world?
Personally my vote is for Tudor O. Bompa, if you are familiar with him then you will know of his introduction of periodization training and his various books on Kinesiology and Fitness. If you do not know who he is or you do not know anything about him i suggest you pick up some of his books. they are available at www.humankinetics.com

its a race between:
Mel Siff and Yuri Verkhoshansky
Tudor Bomp's ideas and methology on periodization are very out of date.

Dr. Phil
lol, has anyone seen those diet bars he came out with. One is apple and one is pear. Apple and pear arn't flavors they are "desined for apple and pear body shapes". Thank you Dr. Phil, say what are you have your doctors in again? For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
