    Muscle Definition

    I want to look leaner with more muscle definition. I'm trying to decide whether or not to cut and maintain muscle mass, or bulk and keep the same level of fat. Which one would be better for overall muscle definition?

    While I agree that reducing fat is the only way to look lean, wouldn't increasing muscle mass while keeping the same amount of fat reduce your body fat percentage regardless? Whether you drop fat or gain muscle, you're still dropping my body fat percentage
