any suggestions for a good casein shake i can take before bed?
i see twinlab has one, but i havent heard anything about it.

I use I****trix Reloaded before bed, its a blend including Casein, I have had good results with it,

I've always preferred good old cottage cheese. Tastes pretty good too.
