sorry if this is a repost, i assume it is but the search didn't help me.
Are french fries very bad for you? Unseasoned and baked in the oven. One of my common meals is chicken, unseasoned baked french fries, and peas, corn, or green beans.
If neccessary, what should i eat in place of them? rice?

french fries you buy at the grocery is already "pre fried" when you buy, thus has more fat cotent that a normal potato.
But if you don't deep fry it, I don't see what the problem is. As long as you keep it in moderation, you should be fine. Be sure to read the nutrional facts though.
Maybe instead of french fries you can eat baked potato or mash potato?**B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science**
