    losing strength while cutting

    i started cutting about 6 weeks ago, and my upper body strength hasn't been affected TOO badly, but man, my legs are getting weaker and weaker! its pissing me off so bad

    not only that, but its taking literally a whole week to recover! i'm still sore by the next leg workout!!

    i was wondering what some of the more experienced lifters do in situations like this.

    any suggestions? anything at all
