i usually have 2 scoops ON100% 1 half cup oats, 1 banana and 1 egg for my morning shake (pretty much counted as bfast also).. then straight after that i have my 3 OT tablets as my multi.. am i cool?
Get organic free range eggs. I've started blending two raw large eggs with cooked oats, coconut milk, almond milk, water, protein powder and omega 3/6/9 oil and it makes a great shake to start the day.
