LIPO 6 (how to lose weight with)

Hi ... Just gotten my 2 bottles of Nutrex Lipo 6....
I am planning to lose about 10-25 pounds ( i am abt 130-135lbs, 5ft 4') and lower my body fat % ( no idea what % it is at)
Do i need to watch out for my diet, (breakfast,lunch & dinner)
or is it sufficient for me to take Lipo 6 along with some exercise?
I go for a swim 4-5 days a week, usually for abt an hour.
Any suggestion?

YOu always need to watch your diet. A supplement is not ment to be a cure-all.
