Yes, same owner, Marc Lobiner (Scivation on these forums). Not sure why exactly he made two brands, but from what it looks like, Scivation has the more "advanced" supplements with Blends, and more "recent breakthroughs" such as Sesamin and Xtend, while Primaforce seems to be high quality basics, such as monohydrate, CEE, Synephrine, etc.
