since you dont have a squat rack and you are squatting more then you can lift up and over, try hack squats.

try to add in deadlifts also though

aren't 'good mornings' when you wake up having sex with your GF?
i would say to train a front squat. I've seen a few guys do them at the gym - they look hard, and I'm sure they are hard - but you wouldn't have to lift them up.
The other option, of course, as previously mentioned is to get a squat rack.Still workin'

They do... and a strong posterior chain is critical for squatting like a powerlifter. The carry over is much greater than you might imagine. There are enough anecdotes about powerlifters using GM's alone to improve their squats to sell me on this approach. I don't follow it, but I also tend to squat in more of a quad dominant fashion (knee break).
You got it right the first time... and someone that can't lift the bar over his head to get into a squat position doesn't need to be learning olympic style lifts. Bad call.
Interesting suggestion, and certainly one of the more inspired among this thread. Reps to you.
You started off ok. Deads+squats is going to be the best answer overall. You lost me at trying to draw a straight line between leg presses and squats. Just because it has four legs and horns doesn't make it a cow (if you catch my drift).
