    Proper Dip Form?

    I would like to do chair dips since I workout at home. Primarily for chest, but obviously it will work the triceps too.

    Should I keep my elbows tucked close to my body or flare them out?

    How far apart should the bars be(or in my case, chairs)?

    How low do I really need to go?

    Also, is it okay to only do dips for chest and not bench press?

    You'll have to experiment to find what feels right but a little wider than shoulder-width sounds good.

    Are dips all you're doing for chest? If so that's bad...
