    hiit cardio

    i need a program for this thing called hiit cardio can anyone write pu a program like mabe ten minutes cuz i suck at running and get out of breath reall easy so around 10 minutes would be good ill be doing it a couple of times a week if u disagree with the times a week then just write the program and tell me how many times to do thanks in advance bros

    write it yourself it's not rocket science + there must be hundreds of HIIT routines on the net

    and 10 minutes of HIIT is exausting if you're not used to running

    Try this:
    5 min warm up, slow jog/eliptical/bike whatever

    then 10 - 12 sets like this

    20 sec max intensity, 40 second low intensity.

    it'll seem easy at first, but after a few, you'll be dripping in sweat.

    after 10-12 sets, cool down for 5 minutes.

    3 times per week is plenty.

    should only take 20min in total....

    if its too tough for you at first, try 10 seconds high intensity and 50 low intensity and work your way up to 20/40
