I wouldn't do cardio after yur workout, it would put u in a highly catabolic state since your glycogen deposits in yur muscle are depleted. If u are running a 5-day a week split i would do HIIT cardio in the morning then yur training in the afternoon. If on a 3 day split i would do them on off days, such as tues, thurs and sat.
The desire to attain "perfection" is a mental poison. Perfection is a fictitious concept, there is only improvement. Therein lies the challenge, therein lies the fun.
Obsession is the word the lazy use to describe the DEDICATED
Commitment isn't the time you spend, It's the line you cross.
I live in the shadow, in the darkness, in a place few will ever see.....Where ugliness becomes beautiful.
