anyone have any input on what that might be? i think i've heard around 7-8%, but does anyone have some more information?

That depends entirely on the sport. For basketball it should be pretty low, for football I'm sure it's a bit higher, and even higher for sumo wrestling.

i was wondering the same thing...
Im a ILB/FB gonna play varsity next year im at 15.8% now i was hoping to drop to 11 or 10...
