It's a multi-vitamin. It really isn't anything spectacular. There are others just as good/better out there depending on who you ask.

Oh I returned my Animal Pak for a full refund, even though i used all but 2 or 3 paks hehe. This was back in the day when i used to buy supps at GNC so I don't know if bb.com has the same return policies.

my thoughts exactly!!! ha ha, i bought them after fighting my friend on the subject (but he had awesome results) and regretted it. sold them for $5 less than i bought it after taking one packet.
why can't they make little pills???

I was thinking, why don't they just take out all the garbage from them. you could get rid of half the pills if you took out the useless supplements.

The same holds true for every other supplement they make. Although if you took all the useless stuff out of M-Stak, there would be no supplement at all.....

i'll take up to 4 reg size capsules, but 11 pills is just plain ridiculous.

i love the pak and take 2 a day. it is the only multi product that doesn't make me feel like throwing up. it is the only animal product worth anything.

i take between 20-30 uni-liver a day in addition to the pak, so i obviously have no problem taking pills.

At the end of the day,

One or Two caps should give you all you could ever want from a multi,

If you want liver tabs, an amino blend, a bunch of herbs, or fatty acids, then pick what you want and go out and buy an effective dose of it, what the hell is 25mg of Lcarnatine gonna do? or 200mg of CLA? SQUAT,

So save yourself the trauma of 11 pills and leave the shotgun formulas at the store,

Make sure you take a standard multi though! It is essential because you never know how some of these compounds are going to react in your body and it is best to have all your fluids topped off, if you know what I mean.

The only thing I would ever use animal for is motivation. some of their adverts (which I read on their website NOT in a mag) are pretty hardcore, but apart from that, they aint worth **** (yes, I am aware that was a double negative, just trying to emulate your north American vernacular )

Its not that its garbage per se, Its that there is nothing special about it and its more expensive then all other multi's.

If im buying a multi, why would i want useless supplements in there? Or usefull supplements in amounts too small to make a difference.

Its the same as buying a protein powder with methoxy or myostat in it. They add nothing to the quality of the protein, and just make it cost more. Basically its an attempt at fooling newbies into thinking they are getting something special when in reality they are just a getting a multi-vitamin.

they show the nutritional content on the label for taking 2 packs, 22 pills. when you cut it in half the content is quite low. especially at those bavarian prices.
