a possible 7 pack abs?

right now i can see a six pack but i can feel another 2 on the botton... but on the right side i dont feel a split... like my 6th and my 8th abs are connected... if there is not split i will have a 7 pack... anyone else have a 7 pack?

im not sure maybe its just my bf% is a lil high.. my abs are quite symmetric but im not sure if my 6th and 8th abs will have a split to make it a 8 pack instead of 7..

You do have 8 abs, its very unlikely(very) that 2 abs are connected into one. Just train abs well and lower bf and in time you will have an 8 pack.

i noticed... just now i went in the mirror... there is still alot of space and i noticed my abs have a long way to go. are u speaking from experience? im not exactly sure what i feel(because of high bf%) but from what it looks like its a 8 pack.

No, sadly i believe i will never have an 8 pack, just a 6. But i have 2 friends who had weird abs, one had a visible 3 pack, the other a 5 pack, and they both thought they would never get that aditional ab to show, and guess what, they now both have 6 packs.

Your very lucky to have an 8 pack, its rare.

how high? you should reach at least 9% to see them fully

i have never checked. i play bball sometimes and it seems to lower my bf a bit... where can i get my bf% checked?

2) doctor - ask ahead of time the normally have one
3) gym - ask ahead of time the normally have one

alot of profesional bodybuilders have a "7 pack", were their bottom two abs have no seperation. It is genetics, don't worry about it.

It's possible. I have a seven pack, and it looks really messed up. My left abdominals look normal, four segments down the middle, but my right...the first segment ends halfway into my left's second, and the second segment ends at my left's third. Then the bottom two are even after that. It's just genetics nothing wrong with it. Some people are born with an extra toe or whatever.

That just answered my question, mine are the EXACT same way, four perfectly symmetrical on the left and three on the right. My dominant side is my left altogether, I was wondering if that might be your case as well.

I have the exact same problem too. My right side has a four abs going all the way to my chest, but my left side only has three. The bottom two abs on the left side are split, but I am missing the ab next to my chest. I wonder if there is any possible way of developing this missing ab muscle. I have heard of body builders who developed an 8 pack from a 6 so I think it might be possible. Also, I may consider myself of only having a 6 pack because my bottom two right abs have not "fully" split yet, though there is some definition.

just getting started but I've always been super lean. are you sure there's nothing I can do to get an 8 pack? take a look at profile pic. perfect 4 on left long three on right, none of them align
