Don't add PB for christ's sake, the reason you took the yolk out in the first place was to avoid the fats and carbs.

chop up some tomatoes, jalepeños, onions, and cilantro pretty fine. Then just mix it with the eggs and cook. Salsa on top is a plus.

I don't like eggs too much so I either eat them hard boiled by themselves or scrambled with half a can of baked beans..

Egg Whites
I eat 5-6 egg whites cooked in my morning oatmeal. Sounds gross, but tastes great. Break egg whites into oatmeal (with a little water) and microwave until cooked - stiring every 30 seconds or so. I am also a firm believer of EFA's and add 3 tbs of freshly ground flax seeds on top.
Diet and eating "clean" is of #1 importance to a sound fitness & BB program - period! You are what you eat!
