Egg Whites
I eat 5-6 egg whites cooked in my morning oatmeal. Sounds gross, but tastes great. Break egg whites into oatmeal (with a little water) and microwave until cooked - stiring every 30 seconds or so. I am also a firm believer of EFA's and add 3 tbs of freshly ground flax seeds on top.
Diet and eating "clean" is of #1 importance to a sound fitness & BB program - period! You are what you eat!
