I decided not to do any cardio for about 2 months i feel like i havent gained much. Would alternating some cardio with lifting actually increase gains. i am trying to bulk and have seem to hit a wall. maybe some cardio alternating with heavy lifting might push me to gain. Anyone try this? thanks for your help/suggestions

Not having a proper diet will affect MUCH more then not doing cardio... You don't need to do cardio at all when you bulk. On other hand, you need to have a real good diet and a solid workout plan. Why don't you post them so we can see what it looks like?
Crossfit. "Your workout is our warmup" Does this make you skeptical? Try Linda or Tabata Something Else and you will see why I said that.
