    Deadlifts after a long time = Soreness

    Damn.. My back hurts today after doing deadlifts after not lifting weights for a LONG time. It feels good, and I can't wait till I can do deadlifts again next week. Or maybe even squats!! Those are my two favorite exercises. But training the calf = crap
