im disappointed that not too many were able to clarify this question for me. are there specific dynamic stretching exercises FOR specific muscle groups? ie: (static stretching examples) chest = wall stretch, tri's = overhead stretch, hams = toe touch. NOW, are there specific stretching exercises for every muscle just like that?
Not really. Dynamic stretching is more of a warmup for the stabalizers that you will be using during lifting. You could pretty much classify the stretches into the upper third of the body, the middle of the body(your core), and lower body.
