    Question What exactly encompasses a depletion workout?

    I've been reading over these forums a bit and still have some confusion over how to do this. Can someone give me a rundown of how a depletion workout should be done? I'm still a week away from when I should supposedly have one.

    as far as I know, lots of "fast" reps, full body, many sets.

    say you might to 20 reps lower, 15 reps upper, with about 3-6 sets per bodypart, reps should be fast compared to normal, but not stupidly fast.

    other people will be able to explain it better than I have

    High reps are not good, even in this case.

    YOu'll want to work quite quickly (as in rest between sets) don't rush your reps you don't wana an injury. Stick to the compounds and you'll feel when your depleted since you'll feel like you can't do anymore.
