I've been reading over these forums a bit and still have some confusion over how to do this. Can someone give me a rundown of how a depletion workout should be done? I'm still a week away from when I should supposedly have one.
YOu'll want to work quite quickly (as in rest between sets) don't rush your reps you don't wana an injury. Stick to the compounds and you'll feel when your depleted since you'll feel like you can't do anymore.
High reps for definition/toning is a myth. The only thing it's good for is endurance. This has been reiiterated on this board many time. Read around on the board and you will see.
