    Tuna good for post-workout meal?

    Yea what do you all think.
    Is tuna good protein source for post-workout meal?
    Together with some carbs.

    As a meal about an hour after yes but try get a whey shake within a half an hour of your workout ending........

    yeah like divilly said, ur best option post workout is a shake. naturally liquids are absorbed far more quickly and this is vital especially after lifting when your window of opportunity to absorb nutrients opens up. go with the tuna maybe an hour after ur shake...peace...and good luck
