I don't know which one to choose. When I first started lifting I just wanted to put on a little bit of muscle and look good and put on some strength.
I was a newb back then so bare with me here lol. I was talking to this one guy at the gym when I fisrt joined and said "I don't wanna get too big"
he's like "its not easy! takes years!!!!! besides when you do get to that level, there is always need for improvement"
and I'm like "no no not me" he's like "yes you, we're all the same"
I was also told to not be intimidated by the larger people to use them as motivation. Well they have motivated me so much that I wanna be a fuggin monster! I'm the next natural ronnie coleman. You'll all see.The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

Gonna go with bullies. Used to get picked on in the weight room at my school cause I was small and skinny and couldn’t lift much weight. Had a few people rub it in they could lift more than me. Real d***s. This was back in 7th and 8th grade. Well that motivated me. Then I eventually got into strongman. I am now 250lbs 17 years old in the 11th grade. No one is even close to my size and strength in my grade. I went to a private school and there were only two boys who are kinda the same size as me and I am now stronger than both of them (one in the grade above one in the grade below).
Moral of the story, just because they are stronger and bigger than you now doesn’t mean anything. With hard work you can get to where you wanna be.
